Clients: Onboarding new accounts.

Your clients will receive an email letting them know they need to “activate” their account.

Their first impression of your new service will be up to.

What you do next can make the difference between just having a client or having a raving fan!

Clients: Our emails to your clients.

We only have two emails that we send directly to your clients.

1) Initial Activation Email

2) New Advice - time to login

Both of these emails can be turned off if you don’t want them going to your clients.

 
 

Clients: Initial activation (client video).

After your client has been properly setup in our database, they will receive an email letting them know how to setup their account.

There is also a short 3 minute video showing them exactly how to setup and activate their account.

Clients: Changing their advice model.

At any point in time, your clients can change the advice model that they are receiving.

Maybe they want to see what it looks like to go from Moderate to Aggressive.

Or they want to stay aggressive but no longer want to invest in small company stocks.

 
 

Clients: Cancel service / Update credit card.

OPTIONAL: If you are using our billing service, your clients can easily update their card or cancel the service at anytime.

Several states require the ability for your clients to cancel the service without having to contact you.

So, we have built a simple way for them to update or cancel their card.
