How To:
How to: Add a participant/plan to the database.
It takes less than one minute of your time to add a new participant and/or plan to our database.
This is accomplished through the adviser dashboard and is how we “link” your client (participant) to your account.
It is quick, simple and fun!
How to: Link multiple plans to the same participant.
There will be times when one client has multiple accounts you want under one User Name and login.
Perhaps, it’s a husband and wife. Or a client with multiple plans you want to provide advice to (401k, HSA, brokerage window, etc).
It’s quick and easy.
How to: Add a “free” account.
ONLY NECESSARY IF YOUR ARE USING OUR BILLING SERVICE:
There will be occasions when you don’t want to charge your client for the advice you are providing.
Maybe you are billing from another account or maybe it’s one of your top clients and you already well compensated.
Watch this short video to create a one-off “free” account for your client.
How to: Update an existing fund lineup.
There will be times when your client contacts you stating that we are recommending an investment option no longer available to them.
This is common and happens periodically.
There is a very easy solution to make sure that we have all of the proper funds in our database.
How to: update picture, change password, etc.
It’s quick an easy for you to update your picture, change your contact information or password, etc.
How to: Use the Trading & Contact Corner Buttons.
We have created the ability for you to have “conversations” with your clients through your client’s dashboard.
We also have a button for your client to use when they have completed their trades or letting you, or Plan Confidence, know that they authorize trading on their account(s).
How to: Sort your data.
You Adviser Dashboard lists all of your clients alphabetically by last name. There will be times that you may want to sort the data in a different manner.
The Export CSV button will allow you to accomplish this.
How to: Get In Service Distributions.
Every ERISA covered plan is set up with a Plan Document. The Plan Document states exactly how the plan is to be setup and managed.
There is a smaller version available to your clients called the Summary Plan Description (SPD).
Providing us the SPD will open new information for your clients and allow you to create a database of In Service Distributions to potentially gather rollovers now!
